Some of the so-called seculars in Pakistan often quote the statement made by Jinnah after the partition that you are free, you are free to go to your temples, you are free to go to a mosque or any other place of worship in this state of Pakistan. You may belong to any religion or caste or creed that has nothing to do with the business of the state.

This statement by Jinnah is extremely contradictory and does not make any sense whatsoever. Jinnah was the person who invented the two-nation theory and demanded a separate country just based on religion alone. He gave this speech in Lahore in the west Pakistan of that time and in that region, all of the Sikhs and Hindus had left for India due to the genocidal violence of 1947. His speech was the same if after killing and deporting all the jews out of Germany Hitler gave a speech saying that you are free to go to your Jewish synagogue or church in this state of Germany.

The bottom line is that Jinnah was a fanatic Muslim who demanded and got a new country just for the Muslims where everything will be according to the Islamic culture and religious traditions and where minorities will be treated as 3rd class citizens without any rights.

These things are completely opposite of each other :

    Islam & Secularism
    Islam & Rationality
    Islam & Modernity
    Islam & Tolerance

Let there be a peaceful exchange of population between India and Pakistan. All Muslims should go to Pakistan and Bangladesh  in exchange for all non-Muslims in Pakistan and Bangladesh (East Pakistan before).

There is a churning in Pakistan, as I get to learn from this video, which is very much healthy. Believe me, India never had any territorial ambition against Pakistan and if Pakistan stops sending terrorists into India we can be one of the best neighbours. Wish all of you a healthy Pakistan.
